If you pay with a debit or credit card, Internet Banking, we will activate your account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Sending payment by offline modes, such as NEFT, IMPS, bank transfer, or another method offered on Webkiu, may cause your order to be processed late. We advised using the automated payment to prevent manual verification, and the order was activated instantly.
If you buy any of this hosting you have only 7 Days for claim your refund. Your email id need verified for your refund claim. When You will get refund we will charge 50 Rupees either 18% of your Hosting Price because we don’t charge any kind of money to anyone for setup. If you able to get refund you need to raise a ticket on you dashboard. After within 6 hours you will get your refund amount on your credit balance. Once if you get any kind of refund your are not eligible any kind of offers and discount.
Domain Refund Policy
Domains are a non-refundable product. If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, then after the cancellation of the hosting plan, a partial refund will be issued(domain cost will be deducted). We provide domain, If we can not able to delivered Domain within 2 Hours we give refund to our customer. Its mandatory to Buy DNS Management Without DNS Management we will Cancelled Domain within 1 Hours This amount also non Refundable.
VPS & Servers Refund Policy
We Sell VPS & Server using Reseller Model. We bought This server from another Company then sell it. We wont refund for VPS & Dedicated Because We using Resell Model.
Coupon Used Refund Policy
Webkiu.com provide refund for hosting at 3 days policy. If you bought Hosting using any coupon code then it non refundable. Make sure you have not use any coupon code for buying Hosting. If you want to cancel and want refund then it not possible to us. Thank You.
